1. Ticket Purchase
kinotoms.am is intended exclusively for the online sale of movie session tickets.
A purchased electronic ticket is valid only for the film, session, date, time, and seat specified on the ticket.
2. Electronic Ticket
After successful completion of payment, the electronic ticket will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
Each QR code is intended for a single entry only and can be used only once.
Please do not share Your ticket or QR code with other persons. If it is used by a third party before Your entry to the cinema, kinotoms.am bears no responsibility.
3. Contact Information
When purchasing a ticket, it is mandatory to provide a correct and valid email address and phone number.
kinotoms.am bears no responsibility for failure to receive the ticket or notifications, or for them being sent to another person, due to incorrect or incomplete data.
4. Session Rules
It is recommended to arrive at the cinema at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
If the customer does not show up for the session or arrives after it has ended, the ticket is considered used.
In this case, the ticket is not subject to refund, exchange, transfer to another session, or monetary compensation.
The cinema may restrict or deny entry after the session has started, in accordance with internal rules.
5. Ticket Refund and Modification
Ticket modification
The date, session, or seat of a purchased ticket may be changed only at least 24 (twenty-four) hours before the start of the session, subject to seat availability.
Ticket refund
A purchased ticket may be refunded only at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the start of the session.
When a ticket is refunded, 10% (ten percent) of the refunded amount is withheld as a service and transaction processing fee.
If less than 48 hours remain before the start of the session, as well as after the session has started, the ticket is not subject to refund.
If the customer does not show up for the session before it ends, the ticket is considered used and is not subject to refund, exchange, or transfer to another session.
6. Personal Data
Personal data provided when placing a ticket order (name, phone number, email, and other necessary information) is used exclusively for order processing, electronic ticket delivery, customer service, and service improvement.
We do not sell or transfer Your personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by law or to partners necessary for providing payment services.
7. Cookies
The website may use Cookies to ensure the normal operation of the website, save user preferences, and improve the quality of services.
8. Limitation of Liability
kinotoms.am bears no responsibility for:
- data incorrectly entered by the user,
- internet or communication failures,
- late receipt of email,
- the user sharing the ticket or QR code with third parties,
- non-use of the ticket due to being late or not showing up for the session.
9. Changes
kinotoms.am may change these terms at any time. The updated version is published on the website and takes effect from the moment of publication.
